Seated Yoga for Pelvic Health
Our pelvic health is a powerful, whole-body system - it doesn't work in isolation. It is linked to our feet, hips, core and jaw - as well as how we move & breathe each day. We can improve our pelvic floor function at any age! These yoga classes will incorporate gentle movement, breathing exercises along with pelvic floor awareness while seated or standing & using the chair for support. We will also use the wall for some additional supported movements. This pelvic health session provides a comfortable environment where each individual can participate at their own level.
Props needed: Yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, folded blanket
