CPAC is currently seeking motivated and passionate individuals to join our Board of Directors and Finance Committee. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organization's mission, guide its strategic direction, and support its continued growth.

We are looking for individuals with diverse skills and expertise to enhance our Board and strengthen CPAC's ability to achieve its long-term goals. Whether your background is in finance, technology, or governance, your unique contributions will help us drive meaningful impact in our community.

KEY AREAS OF FOUCUS:

• Finance Committee Member:
• Help ensure CPAC's financial sustainability and provide strategic guidance on resources management and planning. This role supports our commitment to strong financial oversight and succession planning.
• Information/Digital Technology Expert:
• Bring your expertise in information technology to strengthen CPAC's capacity to achieve the Technology and Innovation priorities outlined in our new 5-year strategic plan 
• Directors-at-Large:
• Contribute your skills and insights to enhance governance and strategic planning, while championing CPAC's mission and value.

YOUR COMMITMENT:

• Serve a minimum of one  two-year term, with the opportunity to renew for a second term.
• Attend regular Board meetings and committee meetings (as applicable).
• Participate in an annual planning session and organizational events.

• A passion fore building a vibrant and healthy community.
• Expertise in one or more areas: finance, information technology, governance, law, fundraising, or government relations.
• Community connections and a willingness to share knowledge, skills, and experiences.
